Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university
- Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years in a General Manager or senior executive role, preferably in contracting, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or energy
- Proven experience managing large-scale contracting operations, projects, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong strategic, operational, financial, commercial, and project management capabilities
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills
