- Lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations — including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and treasury management.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements — providing clear and accurate financial analysis and commentary to senior management and the board.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls — ensuring strong financial governance, cost efficiency, and sustainable business performance.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital — maintaining optimal financial positions for the company’s industrial operations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance — ensuring all financial obligations are met accurately and on time.
- Ensure full compliance with ZATCA (VAT, Zakat), Saudi regulatory requirements, and IFRS accounting standards.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team — building team capability, setting performance standards, and mentoring junior finance staff.
- Coordinate and manage external and internal audits — providing required documentation and ensuring a clean audit outcome.
- Support business decision-making through financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic financial planning.
- Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management in both Arabic and English.
✅ Requirements
