📝 Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure — including routers, switches, firewalls, and related networking equipment — ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance connectivity.
- Design and implement structured cabling systems — including Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cabling — in compliance with TIA/EIA standards for commercial and industrial installations.
- Install and configure CCTV and IP surveillance systems — including IP cameras, NVR/DVR setups, and remote monitoring platforms — ensuring full site coverage and system reliability.
- Manage and maintain access control systems — including biometric readers, card-based access, door controllers, and visitor management systems — ensuring security and proper access management.
- Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for IT and security systems — resolving issues quickly to minimize client downtime and system disruptions.
- Ensure all installed systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime — conducting regular health checks, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate technical reports — documenting system layouts, cable runs, equipment specs, and installation details.
- Coordinate with clients and provide professional technical support — responding to issues promptly and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar IT engineer or systems integration role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts — TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, routing and switching protocols, and firewall configuration.
- Hands-on experience installing and configuring CCTV and surveillance systems — IP cameras, NVR/DVR platforms, and remote monitoring tools.
- Solid understanding of structured cabling standards — TIA/EIA compliance for Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic installations.
- Experience managing and maintaining access control systems — biometric, card reader, and door controller configurations.
