📝 Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support and technical assistance to end users — resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and peripheral devices across the organization.
- Manage and monitor the company’s network infrastructure — including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls — to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, patches, and backups to keep all IT systems running optimally and securely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex IT issues across hardware, software, and network layers — providing fast and effective resolutions.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across company systems including Active Directory and email platforms.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures including antivirus, firewall configurations, and data protection policies.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, documentation, and helpdesk records for all IT equipment and support activities.
- Communicate technical information clearly and patiently to non-technical users and management when required.
- Work independently on assigned IT projects and collaborate with team members on larger technology initiatives.
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support Engineer, or similar IT role — experienced candidates only.
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware components, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and software applications.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking.
- Hands-on experience in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user IT support in a corporate environment.
