📝 Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support across Leem’s retail stores, warehouses, and head office — ensuring all systems operate smoothly and efficiently at every location.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems — ensuring uninterrupted retail transaction processing across all store locations.
- Support and maintain the company’s ERP platform — assisting users with queries, resolving system errors, and coordinating with vendors for technical escalations.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure across stores and warehouses — including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and VPN connectivity.
- Provide end-user IT support — resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues for store staff, warehouse teams, and head office employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Install and maintain computers, printers, barcode scanners, and other retail peripherals across all Leem locations.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies — including user access management, data protection, and antivirus / endpoint security measures.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory for all hardware, software, and network equipment across the company.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software licensing, and IT infrastructure projects.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing within the team.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist — specifically with retail IT environment experience covering POS systems, retail ERP, and multi-location IT support.
- Hands-on experience with POS system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting — familiarity with retail POS platforms used in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems in a retail context — SAP Retail, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong networking skills — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and common business software applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills — ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
