📝 Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional L1 and L2 technical support to end users — resolving desktop, laptop, and user-related IT issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues — diagnosing problems systematically and implementing effective solutions.
- Configure, support, and maintain Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 — including email setup, mailbox management, and Office application support.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and applications — managing system images, software deployments, and OS updates.
- Manage and maintain printers, scanners, and IT peripherals — ensuring all office equipment is operational.
- Support and troubleshoot basic networking issues — including LAN/WAN connectivity, DHCP, DNS.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory — creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts as per company procedures.
- Maintain IT asset records and support documentation accurately.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support — hands-on L1/L2 desktop and user support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of networking — LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS.
- Experience with Active Directory is preferred.
- Valid transferable Iqama is mandatory.
