- Develop and maintain a menu of authentic Italian dishes — balancing classic regional Italian recipes with the preferences of the local customer base.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation on every dish produced.
- Maintain strict food safety and kitchen hygiene standards throughout every shift.
Requirements – Italian Chef
- Proven hands-on experience as an Italian Chef or Chef specializing in Italian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques — fresh pasta making, risotto, pizza, and Italian sauce preparation.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation throughout service.

🍛 Position 2: Indian Chef
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a comprehensive range of authentic Indian dishes — including curries, biryanis, tandoor specialties, dal preparations, breads, and rice dishes.
- Manage all aspects of the Indian kitchen station — spice blending, marinade preparation, tandoor operation, and curry production.
- Prepare both North and South Indian dishes as required — including Mughlai specialties, Kerala cuisine, or regional Indian dishes as per the menu.
- Ensure authenticity of flavors and consistency across all Indian dishes produced during service.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements – Indian Chef
- Proven hands-on experience as an Indian Chef or Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional cuisine — curry making, biryani, tandoor, and Indian bread production.
