📝 Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled vegetable and meat cutting, trimming, and portioning — preparing ingredients to the correct sizes and specifications as required for the restaurant’s menu items.
- Support the main kitchen team with food preparation activities — washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients before cooking begins.
- Assist with basic food cooking and preparation tasks as directed by the head chef or kitchen supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen stations — washing pots, pans, and utensils, and keeping work surfaces clean and hygienic throughout every shift.
