📝 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and manage a building’s complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems throughout the full project lifecycle — from concept and design through to commissioning and handover.
- Design and integrate HVAC systems, power distribution networks, lighting systems, water supply and drainage systems, and fire protection systems to meet safety codes, energy efficiency targets, and occupant comfort standards.
- Coordinate closely with project management teams, architects, structural engineers, and specialist contractors to ensure seamless integration of all MEP systems within the building design.
- Supervise and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on site — ensuring all works are executed to specification and in compliance with Saudi building codes and international standards.
- Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements for all MEP disciplines.
- Prepare and manage MEP design documentation, coordination drawings, technical specifications, and engineering calculations.
- Provide specialist services such as energy management, rainwater harvesting systems, and architectural lighting design where required by the project scope.
- Report to project directors and senior management on MEP progress, technical issues, and system performance throughout the project.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering with a specialization in MEP building services.
- Proven hands-on experience as an MEP Engineer covering at least two of the three disciplines — mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
