📝 Key Responsibilities
- Supervisors will oversee daily operations, manage technical teams, and ensure all works are completed safely and on schedule within their respective discipline.
- Technicians will carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems across the facility.
- Electricians will install, test, and maintain low voltage electrical systems, panels, and related equipment on site.
- Operators will manage and monitor AC plant, sewage treatment, and RO water treatment systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Skilled tradespeople including carpenters, masons, painters, plumbers, machinists, and welders will carry out trade-specific works as assigned by site supervisors.
- Helpers and general labor will assist technical teams with on-site tasks, material handling, and general facility support activities.
- All staff must adhere strictly to site safety regulations, HSE policies, and project-specific operational procedures at all times.
