📝 Key Responsibilities

- Produce a variety of bakery items — including artisan breads, rolls, baguettes, brioche, and focaccia — managing dough preparation, proofing, shaping, and baking throughout the production cycle.
- Prepare cakes, desserts, and confections — sponge cakes, mousse, and other pastry chef staples as required by the kitchen menu.
- Manage dough and batter preparation — measuring, mixing, and preparing all pastry and bakery bases with precision and consistency.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the pastry and bakery section throughout every shift.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and communicate restocking needs to management before supplies run low.
- Contribute creatively to new pastry and bakery product development — supporting menu updates and seasonal specials.
✅ Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as a Pastry Chef, Bakery Chef, or combined Pastry & Bakery role.
- Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, pastry techniques, and baking principles.
- Must be available to join immediately — this is a specific and urgent requirement.
- Passionate, creative, and detail-oriented in pastry and bakery production.
- Valid Iqama or legal work authorization in Saudi Arabia preferred.
