- Lead and manage all project cost management functions for EPC cross-country pipeline projects from initiation through to project closeout.

- Monitor and track project expenditures, commitments, and accruals against approved budgets and report variances with detailed root cause analysis.
- Perform cost-to-complete forecasting, Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, and financial performance analysis for project leadership and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and manage EPC contract terms, change orders, claims, and variation orders, providing accurate cost impact assessments to support negotiations.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, planning engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure full alignment of cost data across the project.
- Ensure all cost management activities strictly comply with Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and project controls requirements.
- Prepare detailed periodic cost reports, forecasts, commitment summaries, and financial performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Support tendering and pre-award activities through accurate cost estimation, BOQ analysis, and benchmarking against Aramco-approved rates.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations to improve financial project outcomes.
✅ Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely relevant engineering discipline is required.
- Saudi Aramco approval is mandatory — candidates without current Aramco approval will not be considered for this role.
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in Project Cost Management within EPC Oil & Gas projects.
- Proven and demonstrable hands-on exposure to cross-country pipeline projects — this is a mandatory requirement, not optional.
