📝 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete architectural design execution for a high-rise hotel development from design development through to construction completion and handover.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and project management teams to ensure design integration and alignment.
- Ensure full design compliance with Saudi local building regulations, codes, international standards, and hotel brand standards throughout all project phases.
- Review, check, and approve architectural drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals from contractors and specialist vendors.
- Manage site implementation of architectural works — providing technical guidance to site teams and resolving architectural issues and design conflicts during construction.
- Maintain stringent quality control standards across all architectural elements and ensure the project is delivered on time and within the approved design intent.
- Prepare and present architectural progress reports, design reviews, and technical documentation to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Manage RFIs (Requests for Information), design clarifications, and change order evaluations from a technical architectural perspective.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized and accredited university is required.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in architectural engineering — with a strong portfolio of complex, high-value projects.
- Strong background in hotel and hospitality projects is mandatory — candidates without hospitality sector architectural experience will not be considered for this role.
- Experience in high-rise building construction is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage during shortlisting.
