📝 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all site construction activities — overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring work progresses in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams — managing interfaces between trades and ensuring smooth workflow and material delivery across all site activities.

- Monitor project schedules and resource utilization — identifying potential delays and taking proactive measures to keep construction activities on track.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi construction regulations, municipality requirements, and site HSE standards throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate with the project manager and consultant team — attending site meetings, presenting progress updates, and resolving technical issues as they arise.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience specifically in Saudi Arabia — in the construction and contracting sector. Experience outside Saudi Arabia does not satisfy this requirement.
- Hands-on experience managing construction site activities — residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Saudi driving license is preferred — the ability to drive between project sites and company offices in Riyadh is a practical requirement for this role.
- Strong ability to read and work from construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication skills in English — Arabic is an advantage for coordination with local authorities and subcontractors.
