📝 Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store keeping and warehouse operations — receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking steel, glass, aluminum, and related construction materials across the company’s store.
- Handle material receiving and verification — inspecting incoming deliveries against purchase orders and supplier documentation, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate receiving records.
- Issue and track materials to site teams and production — processing material requisitions, maintaining issue records, and ensuring all material movements are documented.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records — conducting regular physical stock counts, reconciling physical stock against system records, and reporting variances to management.
- Perform data entry of all inventory transactions — using MS Office (particularly Excel) to maintain stock registers, transaction logs, and inventory reports.
- Prepare and submit periodic inventory and stock movement reports to management — including stock levels, incoming goods, outgoing materials, and slow-moving items.
- Ensure proper storage, arrangement, and labeling of all steel, glass, and aluminum materials — maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder points — alerting the procurement team when materials reach replenishment thresholds.

- Strong proven experience in store keeping, material handling, and inventory management — in a construction, contracting, or industrial materials environment.
