- Prepare and pack customer orders — following shipping orders and issued invoices to ensure all outbound shipments are accurate, complete, and correctly packaged.
- Coordinate with shipping companies and facility drivers — arranging safe, timely, and efficient transport of goods to customers.
- Track all shipments step-by-step from warehouse dispatch through to actual delivery confirmation at the customer’s location.
