- Lead and oversee full-discipline technical delivery for luxury hotel construction projects covering architectural, structural, MEP, interior design, and smart building systems.
- Provide expert technical solutions for Saudi Arabia’s demanding environment including high-temperature concreting, MEP sand and dust protection, and curtain wall wind and UV resistance systems.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi local codes, SASO standards, NFPA (Saudi), LEED (Middle East), and all applicable KSA construction regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive full-lifecycle project delivery from groundbreaking and foundation works through superstructure, MEP installation, high-end interior fit-out, and final hotel turnover.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate structural and MEP risks across all project disciplines and resolve cross-discipline technical conflicts with speed and precision.
- Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, consultants, and specialist vendors to ensure technical alignment and project delivery.
- Navigate specific KSA construction challenges including Ramadan construction scheduling, heritage site constraints, and complex permitting requirements.
- Manage KSA construction permit applications, fire inspections, environmental compliance reviews, and heritage site approvals as applicable to the project scope.
- Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, method statements, and RFIs across all engineering disciplines.
- Report directly to senior management and project stakeholders on technical progress, risks, and engineering performance with clear and data-driven communication.
