Job Description
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations (ZATCA) including VAT filings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and payments, and conduct bank reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger, manage fixed assets, and implement internal controls.
- Assist in financial planning, budget forecasting, and analyzing performance against forecasts.
- Process payroll including salaries, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
- Handle financial transactions efficiently, including bill payments via SADAD system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills preferred.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to maintain accuracy in financial data.
