Job Description
As a Kitchen Artist, you will create decorative work for Ramadan banquets, buffet displays, and showpieces. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and preparing decorative buffet showpieces (including fruit/vegetable carving, chocolate pieces, sugar work, ice carving, and other display media as required)
- Creating visually appealing food sculptures, centerpieces, and presentation items that match event themes and service standards
- Ensuring decorations meet hygiene requirements and are presented professionally and consistently
- Checking material quality and maintaining a uniform visual appearance across all decorative work
- Coordinating with the pastry team for cake decoration and related presentation tasks when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Artist or in a similar decorative food presentation role
- Strong skills in food carving, sugar artistry, chocolate artistry, and ice carving
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for presentation and aesthetics
- Must be currently living inside Saudi Arabia (KSA)
