Job Description:
- Prepare and create a variety of pastries and desserts with a high standard of quality and presentation.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all pastries and desserts are consistently of the highest quality.
- Manage and train junior staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the kitchen.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
