As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and expanding a sales pipeline for both the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers, including EPC companies, refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Generating new leads through market research, customer visits, trade shows, and partnerships.
  • Preparing and delivering sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to meet company targets.
  • Reading and interpreting PFDs, P&IDs, process data, and compressor performance curves.
  • Conducting product demonstrations (on-site or virtual), and responding to RFQs to develop technical proposals.
  • Preparing compliance documentation to ensure successful customer handover and aftermarket support.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience with centrifugal compressors, turbomachinery, or rotating equipment.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (API, ISO, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of oil & gas and industrial markets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
