Job Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of teas, fruit teas, milk teas, cheese foam drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, temperature, and presentation of every drink.
- Prepare ingredients: cook tea leaves, pearls, fruit, syrup, toppings, and daily materials.
- Operate beverage-making equipment and maintain cleanliness of bar, counter, tools, and working area.
- Greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide friendly service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Passionate about tea and beverage service.
- Previous experience as a tea maker or barista is preferred; training provided for motivated beginners.
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Neat appearance, friendly personality, and good communication skills.
